Sleep

Sleep is very important in the rejuvinating of your body.  With little sleep your cells are not properly restored and your body will not be completely revived.  However, when you get the recommended amount of sleep (8 hours), then and only then will your body be completely revived and you will be able to function at your best and maximum.

Ever got little sleep and could not function properly?  Well that is the result of litte sleep, it criples you.  I know some people who survive on less than 8 hours sleep and function well, but that is not healthy.  Your body needs at least 8 hours sleep.  So though you may be able to function on less than 8 hours sleep, its not healthy and therefore, you should aim at limiting that little sleep to at least 3 times a week no more.

Sleep is vital for the body.  If it weren’t so, then we would not have need for it.  Also night as we call it is for approximately 10 to 12 hours, so there is sufficient time to get the recommended amount of sleep daily and still do what is needed.

So sleep, yes sleep.  Don’t try to survive on little sleep.  Sleep!
